Board of Governors and General Assembly 2018

18-20 April 2018 (Tirana, Albania)

On 18-20 April 2018, the Board of Governors and the General Assembly of the ATRIUM Association took place in Tirana, Albania (venue: Bunk'Art).

The ATRIUM association approved the annual balance and the work plan for 2017 and 2018. Modalities of enlarging the route were discussed; each member agreed to collaborate to achieve this objective. Download the minutes and the signed convocation of the BoG and  GA.

During the meeting, several training sessions took place:
- European projects as a resource for the cultural route
- The principles of the Cultural Routes of the CoE
- The importance archives for the knowledge on the ATRIUM heritage

Faro Convention Network Meeting

7-8 December 2017 (Lisbon, Portugal)

As one of the FARO Heritage Communities, the Municipality of Forlì and ATRIUM Forlì participated at the FARO Convention Network meeting on 7-8 December 2017 in Lisbon, Portugal. The gathering included a Heritage walk in the Mouraria neighbourhood - a fascinating history with diversity of people, places and stories.

Meeting on the memory of the Holocaust

4 December 2017 (Strasburg, France)

ATRIUM participates at the 4th meeting of the network “Education in places of memory of the Holocaust and other crimes against humanities committed by nazis and their accomplices”.

ATRIUM Training Course

28 November & 12 December 2017 (Forlì, Italy)

On 28 November an 12 December 2017, ATRIUM Forlì, with the scientific support of the CAST (Centre for Advanced Studies in Tourism, University of Bologna) and the ISTORECO Forlì, organised a two-day seminar for tourist operators on the subject on dissonant heritage related to architecture of the 20th century and its difficult storytelling. A wide participation of tour guides, teachers, educators, cultural associations and interested citizens made the seminar a worthful experience.

2017 Kenneth Hudson Seminar

24 November 2017 (Milan, Italy)

ATRIUM participates at the 2017 Kenneth Hudson Seminar "Museums on Screens" on 24 November 2017 at the IULM University in Milan. The aim is to explore the multimedia potential inside and outside the museum walls, firstly examining interesting examples of contamination between the traditional museum linguistics and screen medias and multimedia installations.
