The research examines Dissonant Heritage, focusing on cultural assets with complex and contested legacies, whose historical significance is subject to ongoing reinterpretation. It aims to develop innovative strategies for their conservation and interpretation, integrating preservation practices with effective communication approaches. The project aims to ensure both the protection and meaningful engagement with these contested sites, fostering a deeper understanding of their historical and cultural complexities.
