On 4 December 2024, 18.00 P.M: a the former Asilo Santarelli (Forlì), an Open Workshop will take place. The event invites visitors on a journey through history and the transformations of the former Asilo Santarelli (former preschool). Discover the stories hidden behind the building's transformations and how this place became a cultural hub for the town of Forlì.
Arch. Giulia Favaretto (Department of Architecture of the University of Bologna - Cesena Campus) focussing on the history of the preschool, its transformations and the knowledge for its preservation in the 20th centruy. Prof. Ulisse Tramonti (president of the ATRIUM Association) introduces the event, followed by a guided tour of the former Asilo Santarelli by Antonella Ragazzini.
The event is curated by Stefania Rossi, architect and researcher of the University of Bologna and sponsored by the Ordine degli Architetti PPC Forlì e Cesena as well as by the ATRIUM Association, and organised in collaboration with the Department of Architecture of the University of Bologna. The project is co-financed by European funds of the Emilia-Romagna Region.
