April 2025

During the ATRIUM General Assembly on 8 April in Cervia (Italy) three new members were admitted to the ATRIUM Cultural Route: Bentusser (Spain), Permet (Albania) and Massa Marittima (Italy).

Focus on Massa Marittima: It stands out for its little mining town Niccoletta, built in the 1930s to house mine workers. The history of this città di fondazione has been marked by a massacre by the Nazi-Fascists in June 1944. Today, the town featues a guided tour as well as a dcoumentation centre, both part of the museum complex of Massa Marittima.
